Regrettably, anyone can call themselves an accountant so you should always ensure your accountant is qualified, either Chartered or Certified.

We have a team of individuals who between them have a wide knowledge and experience of virtually every aspect of business, meaning we are perfectly placed to advise you and your business over a spectrum of areas and to help you get to where you want to be.

  • Guy Robinson, BA FCA Director, Strategic Planning, Xero

    Guy Robinson is the founder and Managing Director of Xebra Accounting, specialising in strategic planning for small to medium sized businesses

  • Kurt Willis BSc ACA Client Relationship Manager

    Kurt is a Client Relationship Manager with an ever increasing portfolio of clients.  Having completed his training with Xebra Accounting, he now seeks to move into a more advisory role, developing our management reporting and leading our Xero workshops.

  • Ruth Bradbury MAAT Accountant

    Ruth is AAT qualified with a wide range of experience gained from 7 years as an Accounts Senior in accountancy practice, 8 years as the sole Accountant for a not-for-profit organisation and 4 years in account roles in small companies.

  • Lorraine Fletcher Office Administrator

    Lorraine is responsible for the general running of the office and for all day to day administrative tasks.  Lorraine is the first contact for clients collecting all the information we need and fronting our customer service program.

  • Clare Royal Bookkeeper

    Clare has many years of bookkeeping experience and is currently studying for her AAT.   Clare deals with the day to day inputting of client records, liaising with them and keeping them up to date with their accounts.

  • Carrie Thompson FCCA Client Relationship Manager

    Carrie looks after the operations side of the business, making sure we know what needs doing, by who and for when.  Carrie is also a Client Relationship Manager, looking after the day to day work for a portfolio of clients, but with a particular interest in improving processes and ensuring that business have strong financial controls.
