We are a modern accountancy practise based in Fareham, Hampshire with a team that love working with a diverse range of clients.

Guy Robinson | BA FCA

Managing Director

Guy is the Founder/Managing Director of Xebra Accounting. He supports business owners achieve their personal and business objectives and specialises in strategic planning. Guy also has over 10 years experience with Xero Cloud Accounting - which also lead him to set up Xebra in the first place. 

Guy is the owner of 2 St Bernard dogs, called Wilberforce & Barnaby (we call them the ponies). In his younger days, Guy would be found orienteering and even competed for England! Although he now opts for a more sedate walk with the dogs/ponies.

Kelly Scutt | MAAT

Operations & Client Manager

Kelly is AAT and Xero qualified and is currently studying for her ACCA qualification. Kelly works along side a range of growing businesses, supporting them with accounting, tax planning and other compliance requirements. Her speciality lies within pension accounting, having previously spent five years in this field.

Kelly's favourite snack is a white Kit-Kat chunky, washed down with a can of Diet Coke. In her spare time she enjoys crafting and napping (mainly napping).

Brendan Woodward | MAAT

Client Manager

Brendan is AAT and Xero qualified and is also studying for his ACCA qualification. Brendan previously spent 3 years as a Team Leader at another accountancy firm before moving to Xebra and now helps our clients with the growth of their business, supporting them with accounting, tax planning and other compliance requirements. 

Brendan's least favourite day is Thursday ("because it's not Friday yet"). When he isn't working hard on our clients accounts, you'll find him down the local public house.

Zena Gough | MAAT


Zena is AAT and Xero qualified and has a wealth of experience from her time in industry.  She oversees all bookkeeping matters and helps out with statutory accounts preparation and personal tax returns.

Zena could be an unofficial sponsor for Rich Tea biscuits, especially the ones topped with chocolate (no, not digestives). She also holds a HGV licence!

Sharon Ing | MAAT


Sharon is AAT qualified with over 20 years experience in the finance industry.  As one of our bookkeepers, Sharon works hard behind the scenes to improve the quality of our clients' accounting data. 

In Sharon's spare time, she enjoys sailing the high seas and sitting back sipping on a cocktail... or 10.

Debbie Della Gana | MAAT


Debbie is MAAT and Xero qualified with experience in VAT, CIS and payroll preparation. She has a passion for bookkeeping and loves that there is something new to learn every day.

At home Debbie loves spending time with her family, window shopping on the internet and taking her Maine Coon cat for a walk.

Clare Royal

Clare Maybour


Clare predominately manages our client’s payroll needs. She also deals with our client’s VAT returns, pensions and EC sales lists, along with other day to day bookkeeping needs. Clare is also Xero qualified. 

Clare is currently on extended leave. All emails will be redirected and responded to by a member of the team as soon as possible.

Emma George

Business Development Manager

Emma is responsible for building on our clientele and being the first point of contact for potential new clients. She also looks after new clients and guides them through an on-boarding process, while nurturing our existing clients.

Hannah Stock

Marketing Coordinator

Hannah is responsible for creating, supporting and coordinating communications and events that encourage business owners to work effectively with their finances. She manages the companies social media channels and is around for full marketing administration support with prospects, clients and external companies.

When she's not singing or coming up with new ideas on the marketing front, you'll find Hannah with a cup of tea and biscuits, scrolling endlessly on websites, buying clothes she can't afford yet.

Lorraine Fletcher

Office Administrator

Lorraine is responsible for the general running of the office and for all day to day administrative tasks. Lorraine is the first contact for clients, collecting all the information we need and fronting our customer service program. Lorraine also assists with Company Secretarial work for our clients.
