Guy Robinson | BA FCA
Guy is the Founder/Managing Director of Xebra Accounting and specialises in strategic planning for small to medium-sized businesses.
Kelly Scutt | MAAT
Operations & Client Manager
Kelly is AAT qualified and is currently studying for her ACCA qualification. Kelly is also Xero qualified and her speciality is within pension accounting as she has previously spent five years in this field.
Brendan Woodward | MAAT
Brendan previously spent 3 years as a team leader at another accountancy firm before moving to Xebra. Brendan is AAT & Xero qualified and is currently studying for his ACCA qualification.
Zena Gough | MAAT
Zena is AAT qualified and has a wealth of experience from her time in industry. Zena has held various accounting roles for a variety of smaller companies and also a larger manufacturing company. Zena is Xero qualified and holds a HGV licence!
Caroline is one of our bookkeepers, working hard behind the scenes to improve the quality of our clients' accounting data. Caroline is Xero qualified and can help with any enquiries.
Clare is responsible for managing our client’s payroll needs. She also deals with client’s VAT returns, pensions and EC sales lists, liaising with them and keeping them up to date with their accounts. Clare is also Xero qualified.
Clare is currently away on maternity leave, therefore all emails will be re-directed.
Business Development Manager
Emma is responsible for building on our clientele and being the first point of contact for potential new clients. She also looks after new clients and guides them through an on-boarding process, while nurturing our existing clients.
Hannah is responsible for full marketing administration support including communications with prospects, clients and external parties as well as management of the company’s social media channels and marketing materials.
Lorraine is responsible for the general running of the office and for all day to day administrative tasks. Lorraine is the first contact for clients collecting all the information we need and fronting our customer service program.
