Whenever a business pays an individual, they must pay them through the PAYE scheme unless they are a genuine business submitting invoices to support the work they have done. Before payment can be made, payroll information has to be submitted to HMRC. Payrolls are typically carried out on a weekly or monthly basis.

Payroll processing - Static
Weekly/monthly preparation and filing of the company payroll to HMRC and providing payslips to employees and posting of journal to accounting software. Processing pension, payroll and real time information (RTI) when payroll information is the same each month.

Pension processing (without payroll)
Workplace pensions are mandatory for all payroll schemes, even if all employees opt out. Completing all employee administration (opt out / contributions) as well as processing the pension deductions and notifying your pension provider of the contributions.
Annual payroll return & P11d review
At the end of every tax year a full year report has to be submitted to HMRC summarising your payrolls for the whole year. In addition any employee receiving non cash payments or benefits must have a P11d completed. In this review we will process the annual payroll return and ascertain whether any P11d's are needed for your employees.
P11d preparation & submission
If we identify the need for P11d's (where you have provided benefits to your employees – for example; cars, private medical insurance, gym membership) in our annual payroll review, we will prepare and submit P11d's and calculate the companies National Insurance charge.
